Conflict on the Telephone

This course is for those members of staff who don’t have to face physical threats face to face. Some don’t appreciate the powers of words and the way we say them, as we are generally very visual creatures. so on the phone of course they (the staff) don’t have the ability to see visual clues, their imagination will often make up the missing elements and these images can stay in their minds well after the incident has past.

Whilst the core part of the course is based on Conflict Resolution, there are numerous differences in the legislation and some other models and we also explore a wide range of different types of calls.
