Our Conflict Resolution Training Course developed from the NHS Protect National Syllabus has been developed to include a thread on Good Customer Service Training.

The Syllabus starts from the lower end of conflict to the more serious end of the spectrum. It covers Communication to Reasonable Force. This is one of our key courses that has been delivered across the UK.
